  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and then stir in the diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each fritter.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze until smooth.
