- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, then reduce heat to low.
- Add Velveeta cheese, stirring constantly until melted. Next, stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until the sauce is thick, creamy, and glossy.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat each piece thoroughly in the cheesy mixture.
- Return the seared beef to the pan, gently folding it into the creamy pasta. Let everything warm together for about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
