  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter for crumb topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the crumb topping; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time along with vanilla and sour cream.
