  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and half the butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown (4–5 minutes each side). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add remaining butter and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add cheeses, stirring until melted. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce with the chicken until well coated. Simmer briefly to heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
