- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 8 ounces sour cream

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers (about 32 crackers), crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
