Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
- 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 6 Kaiser rolls
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3–4 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season chicken cubes with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil on medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
- Hollow out the kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops and scooping out the centers.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside each roll.
- Toast rolls in the oven at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
