  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion

Instructions

  4. Warm pita breads on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute per side.
