Ingredients
- 500g minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs until golden brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
