Ingredients

  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
