  • 20 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. In the same pot, pour in the whole milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Velveeta and cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Mix in shredded mozzarella until fully incorporated.
  3. Return the cooked chicken to the pot along with the tortellini. Stir well to coat the tortellini in sauce and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
