Instructions
- Lightly toast the whole grain bread until golden brown. Spread butter or mayonnaise generously on top for added flavor.
- In a bowl, whisk together the two eggs with salt and pepper until well combined. Heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and stir gently using a spatula until they become soft and fluffy.
