Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the sprouts cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Ensure they’re not overcrowded.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and optional Dijon mustard. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss the hot roasted Brussels sprouts with the warm glaze immediately after roasting.
