  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually stir in chicken broth and enchilada sauce until thickened.
  4. Mix sour cream, diced green chilies, and spices into the sauce.
  5. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the cheese.
  6. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
