  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; bring to a simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Divide noodles into bowls, pour broth over them, top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Finish with chopped green onions or additional chili oil if desired.
