  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons heavy cream (for frosting)
  • Rainbow sprinkles (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg whites; mix well.
