- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
