- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for sauce)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned chicken pieces until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
