  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Mix in one egg and vanilla extract; add orange food coloring.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture over it and then add the remaining brownie batter on top. Swirl together gently.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool before cutting into squares.
