  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent, then add garlic.
  2. Cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add uncooked bowtie pasta and adjust consistency with water if desired. Cook until al dente.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta cheese until combined. Serve topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
