- 3 pounds red potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 6 to 8 cups pulled beef
- 12 ounces shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar & Colby Jack)
- 6 green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and mash.
- Mix in cream cheese, butter, crumbled turkey bacon, green onions, and half the cheese.
