  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a clean surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Spread about one tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on half of each rectangle and layer sliced bananas on top.
  4. Fold over the pastry and press edges with a fork to seal. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with caster sugar.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate for ‘bandages’ and dust with icing sugar.
