  • 26 Oreos (for crust)
  • 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12 Oreos (crushed)
  • 12 Oreos (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup finely chopped white chocolate
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 26 Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in salt, sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and flour until combined.
  3. Fold in crushed Oreos and pour over cooled crust. Bake for 70 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. For ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering and pour over chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread on cooled cheesecake and garnish with chopped Oreos.
