- 26 Oreos (for crust)
- 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 12 Oreos (crushed)
- 12 Oreos (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup finely chopped white chocolate
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped semisweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 26 Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in salt, sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and flour until combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and pour over cooled crust. Bake for 70 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
- For ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering and pour over chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
