  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Cornstarch
  • Salt

Instructions
