  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until fully mixed. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and top each scoop with mini marshmallows.
