- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 packages pumpkin spice cream cheese spread

- Warm the milk and add it to the dry ingredients along with the egg, egg yolk, pumpkin, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Add softened butter and knead until smooth (5-7 minutes).
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough and cut into doughnut shapes; let them rise again for 30 minutes.
- Fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown on both sides (2-3 minutes each).
- Cool and fill with cream cheese spread using a piping bag.
- Dust with pumpkin spice sugar before serving.
