- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 10 oz cremini mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- Fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft, then add garlic and mushrooms until browned.
- Stir in thyme, salt, pepper, and apple vinegar (if using), cooking until liquid evaporates. Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese, Parmesan, and Dijon mustard (if using).
