Ingredients
- 8 oz lobster meat
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the seafood and cook through.
- Combine cooked seafood with cream cheese, half the mozzarella, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cook jumbo shells as per package instructions; drain and cool.
- Prepare the cheese sauce by creating a roux with flour and butter, then whisk in heavy cream and remaining cheeses until creamy.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some cheese sauce in a baking dish, stuff shells with the filling, place them in the dish, and pour remaining sauce over.
