  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 cups Confectioners' Sugar
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Sprinkles of Cinnamon
  • Fall Colored Sprinkles
  • Mini Pumpkin Candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients with pumpkin puree.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While baking, prepare cream cheese frosting by beating together softened cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
