Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 34 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup carrot slices

- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
