Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (9-11 minutes). Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Season cubed chicken with spices. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter; sear chicken until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and tent with foil.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly. Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and mustard; simmer for 2 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan; simmer gently until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to skillet along with linguine; toss to combine using reserved pasta water as needed.
