Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)

  • red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Set up a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot and placing a heatproof bowl on top.
  2. Melt unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows in the bowl while whisking until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in salt, and add red food coloring gradually until desired color is achieved.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Bubbles and pour the melted mixture over them. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Shape the mixture into oval brain shapes, using a knife to create details and adding veins with a toothpick dipped in food coloring.
