  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, maple syrup, coconut oil, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt; stir until just combined.
